Welcome to Hue Arts LLC! By enrolling in our art classes or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

 

 

 
1. Registration and Payment

  • All class registrations must be completed through our website or approved registration form.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any registration not accompanied by full payment.

 

 

 
2. Class Attendance and Make-Up Policy

  • Due to limited class sizes, we do not offer refunds for missed or unused classes.

  • Make-up classes may be offered during your current session only, and are subject to space availability in other classes of the same category.

  • We are unable to guarantee the availability of make-up sessions.

 

 

 
3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations.

  • If a class is canceled by us due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for that class.

  • We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes at our discretion.

 

 

 
4. Conduct and Participation

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow class guidelines.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for minors and must ensure they follow appropriate conduct.

 

 

 
5. Intellectual Property

  • All class content, curriculum, and materials provided by Hue Arts LLC are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

  • Artwork created by students during class remains the property of the student; however, we reserve the right to photograph and share student work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.

 

 

 
6. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks involved in art-related activities.

  • Hue Arts LLC and its instructors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during classes.

 

 

 
7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.

 

 

 
8. Changes to Terms

Hue Arts LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

 

 

 
9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
